Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us within 30-days of receipt. As long as the watch is returned in original condition we will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / color as per customer preference.

Refunds

When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is eligible for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. Please allow up to 2 days for the return to be processed by our returns team and up to a maximum of 7 days for the money to reach your account. Faulty Item
